BlueCast X-ONE

Highly precise castable 3D printing resin designed for jewelry casting of patterns with texts, engravings, or micropavè. BlueCast X-One offers excellent dimensional accuracy and 0% shrinkage. Thanks to the low melting temperature, the photopolymer ensures smooth surface finish in 3D prints as well as perfect ornamenting and lettering results.

The resin can be used for any kind of investments and fast burnout cycles at temperatures of 680° C (recommended temperature for the last stage is 750° C). BlueCast X-One contains very few volatile organic compounds (VOC) and has almost undetectable smell. BlueCast X-One is available in dark green.

No shrinkage

BlueCast X-One exhibits outstanding dimensional stability over time, so models can be 3D printed in advance without worrying about possible shrinkage.

Chemical post-processing

BlueCast X-One models should be washed in 95 or 99% ethanol. After correct post-processing, 3D prints should change their color from dark green to grey/white.

Non-toxic

Very few VOCs and negligible smell make the resin suitable for any workshop. Also, almost no fumes are emitted during burnout cycles.
