Zortrax M300

Large build volume 3D printer

Zortrax M300 is a desktop 3D printer with a large workspace.
This reliable additive manufacturing machine, based on the renowned M200 model,
produces big prints of remarkably high quality thanks to its repeatability and dimensional accuracy.

Features of Zortrax M300

Zortrax M300 is a desktop 3D printer with the production capabilities of a large industrial-class machines. Award-winning design of M200 has been upgraded with the larger workspace suitable to accommodate big prints. The 3D printer works in LPD technology—Zortrax version of Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). The principles are simple yet effective, digital models are turned into physical objects by fusing layers of melted plastic filament.

Larger workspace

You can print big models in one go.

Large selection of filaments

Choose from a vast selection of high-quality Zortrax filaments. External materials are also supported.

High dimensional accuracy

The device can print large models with incredible precision.

Rock-solid repeatability

Get the same top quality of 3D prints every time.

Large One-Piece 3D Prints

Dimensional accuracy & precise repeatability

Possessing one of the biggest build platforms among any Plug&Play 3D printers,
Zortrax M300 allows printing large models in one go, making the device perfect for professional
designers and industrial applications.

Dedicated Filaments

A wide range of 3D printing materials dedicated for Zortrax M300 allow a multitude of applications, ranging from prototyping with low shrinkage materials to models whose quality is close to mass-produced objects.

Available materials: Z-HIPS , Z-GLASS , Z-PETG , Z-ESD , Z-ASA Pro , Z-PLA Pro

High Quality and Biodegradability

Based on PLA, this eco-friendly plastic filament was enhanced with gypsum for smoother and richer in detail surface. Recommended for architectural mock-ups and high-end showcase models.

Electrostatic Discharge Protection

A filament offering chemical and electrostatic discharge protection ranging from 104 to 109 ohm allows you to 3D print industrial parts and casings meant to shield sensitive electronic components.

Sturdiness with Flawless Surface

A 3D printing material best used for models requiring smooth semimat surfaces which can be effortlessly post-processed. It’s highly resistant and perfect for mechanical prototyping or performance testing.

Light-transmitting properties

This semi-transparent filament can 3D print light-transmitting models and parts ready for final production or precise prototyping. Z-GLASS is durable, resistant to scratching and unaffected by light and chemicals.

External Materials

We have unlocked 3D printing with third-party filaments on Zortrax M200, Zortrax M200 Plus and Zortrax M300. The external materials feature of Z-SUITE allows you to experiment with all standard 1.75mm filaments. Simply load material spool and select type in the software. The external 3D printing profiles are based on Zortrax filaments to provide the highest level of reliability.

Key features of Z-SUITE

Z-SUITE 2 slicing software is a link between your idea and product. Use the multitude of functionalities and tools to streamline the 3D model preparation process.

Intuitive model processing

Just load your 3D file and Z-SUITE 2 will automatically convert it to the model ready to print.

Thin wall detection

Z-SUITE 2 pinpoints walls that would be too thin to be printed properly, allowing you to detect problematic areas before printing the model.

Multiple infill options

Different infill patterns allow you to ensure required durability of the model and reduce the material usage.

Editable support

Take the full control over model’s support structures. Freely adjust automatically generated support or manually add your own.
