Before Shipment – Summary

Today we’d like to present you a short summary of our recent actions. We’re getting ready to ship your printers and our focus is on all the tasks related to packing and shipping. We’ll do our best to deliver the printers as fast as is it possible. Let’s take a look at our ‘to do’ list:

Quality Check
Before the shipment, every component of the printer is carefully checked for proper functioning, productivity and reliability. Our goal is to provide you high-quality product.

Quick Start Guide
Our goal is to deliver a high quality 3D printing experience so you can run our machine without hassle. Together with the package you will receive the Quick Start Guide. The Guide is a handy tool created to help you work with your M200. It will guide you through the unpacking, loading the filament, selecting the model, calibrating and printing process. With this document setting up the machine is fast and easy.

Packaging
We have designed special packaging and cushioning, which will protect your printer. It is easy to remove and take your printer out of the box.

Accessories
We give you a set of accessories together with your 3D printer so you can start work right after unpacking the Zortrax M200.

Shipment

For your convenience and to lower the costs we will ship the printers from two locations:

– Shipment to the UE will be performed from Poland
There are no additional custom fees or taxes associated with shipping to UE countries.

– Shipment outside the UE will be performed from HongKong
Customer must cover taxes and fees as well as other costs associated with the shipment to his country.

The estimated lead time is 1-5 days for all the countries. We will send the tracking number to all of you as soon as the 3D printer is sent out.
