Junior Customer Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer’s queries in the field of desktop LPD and UV LCD technology via e-mail, live chat or phone
  • Using internal databases for contact with customers
  • Maintaining close customer relationships
  • Informing customers about the status of repair and shipping of replacement parts
  • Being in close cooperation with Technical Service Department, R&D Department and Sales Department
  • Preparing general reports
  • Representing the company during exhibitions and trade shows
Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of English language (C1) allowing for seamless communication
  • Knowledge of French, Spanish, Italian or German languages will be an advantage
  • Higher education
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to cooperate with the team and other departments
  • Experience in Customer Service and Technical Support
  • Knowledge of 3D printing technology and the industry
